About our Single Sauna Session

When you enter our precisely maintained sauna and the heat begins to envelop you, your body responds with an elegant, sophisticated cascade of physiological changes. Your core temperature rises, triggering the same cardiovascular response as moderate exercise, the heart rate increases, blood vessels dilate, and circulation accelerates dramatically, delivering oxygen and nutrients to every tissue while flushing out the metabolic waste products that accumulate in sedentary muscles.

Your session
What to expect
01
Arrival and preparation
You will be shown to our changing facilities before entering the sauna. We recommend showering briefly before your session.

Sauna session
Enter the sauna and settle comfortably. The recommended initial duration is 15 to 20 minutes. Listen to your body, you can exit and re-enter as needed.

Cool-down
Exit the sauna and allow your body to cool naturally. A cool shower or rest in our relaxation area is recommended between rounds if you choose to re-enter.

Hydration and recovery
Drink plenty of water before and after your session. Light-headedness on exiting is normal, take your time standing up.
- Drink at least 500ml of water before your session
- Avoid alcohol for at least 4 hours before using the sauna
- Do not use the sauna if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or have been advised by a doctor to avoid heat therapy
- Bring or wear light, breathable clothing or a towel inside the sauna
- Complimentary pool access is included Monday to Saturday
