FAQs

Does the gift card expire?

Yes, gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We’ll always let you know the expiry date in your confirmation email, and again if you have a remaining balance close to expiring.

Can I use part of the balance and save the rest?

Yes. If your gift card is worth more than the treatment you’re booking, only the amount you use is deducted, the rest stays on the card for your next visit. There’s no requirement to spend it all at once.

Can a gift card be used for any treatment?

Yes, every gift card can be redeemed against any service on our menu, from a single waxing treatment to our Fourhands Therapy. There are no restrictions on which treatments it can be used for.

What if I want to redeem it in person rather than online?

No problem, call or WhatsApp us on 08071866666 with your gift card code and the amount you’d like to redeem, and our front desk team will take care of the rest when you arrive.
