Our Basic Facial is a systematic, expertly executed response to all of it. Your therapist begins with a thorough double cleanse to strip away every trace of surface impurity before moving to a gentle exfoliation that lifts the accumulated dead cell layer and reveals the brighter, more refined skin beneath. Warm steam is then applied to the face, dilating the pores fully and softening any congestion within them, allowing for precise, gentle extractions that clear the skin without trauma.

A treatment mask selected for your specific skin type and concerns is applied next while your therapist performs a relaxing facial and decolletage massage. The session closes with a targeted serum and nourishing moisturiser, sealing in every benefit of the treatment and leaving the skin protected, plumped, and genuinely transformed.
